Calling Community Safety Leaders

Working at Grace Under Fire means serving people where they spend their everyday lives—at work, in their communities, and in the places they care about most. You’ll be trained in fire safety and trusted to perform fire extinguisher inspections, but the work goes far beyond equipment. Every visit is an opportunity to teach, to listen, and to remind someone that their life matters. The guidance you share at work often follows people home—to their families, their kids, and the places they love. This role requires focus, care, and respect. You’re stepping into workplaces as a trusted presence, helping people feel safer, more confident, and more aware. When someone realizes they’re important to you—not as a number, not as a checkbox—that moment carries real meaning. We believe people respond to safety when it’s delivered with compassion and clarity.
We believe education is most powerful when it’s shared person to person.
And we believe work matters most when it allows you to care for others in a real, tangible way. If you want to work with a fire safety company that puts people first—every day, everywhere—this is that place.

Before You Move Forward, Do a Size-Up

In the fire service, every response begins with a size-up. So does joining this team. Choose A or B for each question.
Be honest. No one is grading you—except yourself.
